She has been named Huntsville/Madison County Executive of the year, the 9th distinguished daughter of the Daughters of the Americna Revolution an honor she shares with Elizabeth Dole and Janet Reno, and the 5th recipient of the Hall of Fame of the American Sewing Association.
She and her missionary daughter in law, Suzanne Crocker, have written a cookbook which is really a cookbook, a devotional book and a memoir book.
